Customers have up to 30 days after receipt of the product to return any item for any reason as long a) the product is not damaged, and b) it is within the return period. Please contact TEC via phone or email if an item needs to be returned. The refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned item. If it is damaged, the full amount may not be refunded.
Returns will be processed by TEC as quickly as possible but may take 7-10 business days to complete. If the customer is returning a telescope, refunds may take up to 30 days to complete the refund.
If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact TEC via phone or e-mail and we will discuss the problem with you. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is deemed to be defective or have been damaged during shipping. Please know that minor cosmetic imperfections will not constitute a defective product. If a non-defective item is returned, it is up to TEC’s discretion to offer an exchange or a refund.
These terms are not negotiable and may vary based on TEC’s discretion.
